Katjavivi, and Andrea Wasman Ms. Monica Geingos, wife of the late Namibian President Hage Gottfried Geingos, is currently the Chancellor at Kepler College in Kigali, Rwanda. She was the president of the Organization of African First Ladies for Development. The University on Friday, 27th June, 2025, signed an MOU to further increase the educational and employability capabilities of the Bellstech graduate. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Jeremiah O.
