Dr. Gonsalves is a distinguished academic, politician, and writer. He has overseen a period of economic growth and social development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and is a highly respected figure in the Caribbean region and internationally.
Dr. Gonsalves will deliver a lecture on the topic of “Technological Emancipation of Africa and the Caribbean in Digital Space and Global Drive for Reparation.”
This is a timely and important topic, as Africa and the Caribbean are both seeking to leverage technology to promote economic development and social inclusion. However, these regions also face significant challenges in accessing and using technology effectively.
Dr. Gonsalves will also be conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree during the Convocation Lecture ceremony.
