AT THE UNIVERSITY’S MAIN GATE

1. All parents and students entering into the University on resumption days are expected to come in through the main gate along Idiroko express road.
2. All vehicles entering the University at the gate are mandated to undergo security checks.
3. Parents are to restrict their movement to the canopy and car park areas.

AT THE UNIVERSITY’S MARQUEE

1. All students from 100 – 200 levels are expected to resume on Sunday 13^th November, 2022.
2. Students are expected to arrive between the hours of 8.00a.m to 6.00p.m daily.
3. Only students are allowed at the Marquee area.
4. All students are required to wash their hands before entry into the Marquee.
5. Debtor students will not be allowed to go beyond the Marquee.
6. All students are expected to have made payment of at least 40% of their school fees.
7. The Bursary Unit is expected to have a desk at the Marquee to confirm payment of at least 40% of school fees.
8. All students should come with 4 copies of passport photographs.
9. Hostel identification card will be issued at the Marquee.
10. Students are to present 3 hardcopies of evidence of payment to be submitted one at resumption point, bursary and hall of residence.
11. All 100 Level Students are expected to be decently dressed.
12. All female students with braided hair should be mid back length and of natural colour(odd colour or tinted colours are not allowed)
13. All male students are to cut their hair neatly and low, beards are to be clean shaved.
14. All 200 Level Students that are not complaint with dress code (hair and clothings) will not be attended to (student information handbook).
15. All 200 Level Students are to present hard copy of course registration form and ensure submission at resumption point.

Note: Fully signed course registration form should be submitted at Departments within one week of resumption. Be reminded that course registration ends after two weeks of resumption.

Note: Mattresses and pillows from outside the University will not be allowed. Mattresses and pillows are available at the Marquee and must be procured at the resumption Venue.

AT THE HALLS OF RESIDENCE

1. The students are to wash their hands at the entrance.
2. Students are to fill medical assessment form, Biodata form, undertaking forms and survey form.
3. The Porters are expected to carry out the normal halls of residence admission procedures for the students and collect evidence of school fees payment.
4. Students are to show their hostel identification cards that allows access into the hostel.
