BELLS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY MASTERS STUDENTS MAKES DONATION TO DEPARTMENT.


MSC Architecture (final year) students of the Department of Architecture, class of 2017, College of Environmental Sciences has made a donation of 2 Projector Screens to the University. This gesture of 'giving back', which has seen successive classes and student executives endow different equipment and materials to their departments over the years.

Presented to the University Management by Architect Ade Adewolu, alongside some class representatives; Oladimeji Adegbile, Hope Ameh, Oghenemairo Abugho, Akinmejiwa Omobosola and Akinde Moshood Abiola on Thursday, 23rd March, 2017.

They had earlier embarked on a Study Tour of Abuja, aimed at exposing the graduate students to the realities of work-place as well as the rudiments of informal Architecture Education.

The Vice Chancellor lauded Architect Adewolu for being a good teacher with a calling to teach, having come out of his comfort zone to mentor his students commendably and congratulated the MSc II graduating students for being lucky to have him as a mentor.

Also, earlier in the week, the Students Architect Association, Bells University of technology, Ota, continued with the act of giving back to the Department as they donated a brand new Photocopying machine to the Department of Architecture.
The Copier donation was received on behalf of the Department by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Professor Olusegun Areola.
